DOQS 2009 PRICING STRUCTURE

Unless otherwise noted on course descriptions, education and training fees are based on the length of each offering:

Course and workshop fees are all-inclusive:

• Fees provide for two instructors. One of the instructors will always be an author of the course or workshop being offered. Reasonable travel expenses for the instructors are included in these fees.

• Learner materials and handouts are provided for up to 20 learners in each class. Materials are shipped to the client contact one week prior to each offering.

• Instructional days are full 8-hour days that include 6 hours of instruction and hands-on activities, 6 ten-minute breaks, and a one-hour mid-day break. Half-day sessions are 4-hours with 3 ten-minute breaks.

• Fees do not include any customization or tailoring of materials. However, the instructors will make every effort to reasonably incorporate client-specific topics or materials (e.g. governance, standards, lifecycles, command media, guidelines) into their instructional plans without charge.

• Learners are encouraged to contact their instructors with follow-up questions or concerns after class. This service is provided without additional charge.

• Clients are responsible for providing the classroom setting for any scheduled offering, and for assuring that laptop computer projection is available. A minimum of 1 flipchart with pads for every 4 learners is also required.
