The combination of strategic direction, management models, and process maturity culminate in more effective execution. We work to assure that the execution practices are in place to effectively carry out the strategy and optimize organizational performance, placing a heavy emphasis on the Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Organizational Process Management Maturity Model (OPM3).

Project Management Education

This series of courses builds basic project scheduling and resourcing skills necessary to run effective projects, whether they are quality-focused Six Sigma projects or more technically-focused software engineering projects. The focus is on an ability to manage a hybrid quality management and information technology project in support of an organization's process maturity goals.

Introductory Lifecycle & Project Management

This course provides a foundation in project lifecycle phase planning and tracking techniques in order to help organizations improve their compliance with the process areas of the SEI CMMI®. This course is not about becoming a seasoned process or project management specialist. Rather, the focus is on solidifying project management skills that exist in sporadic fashion across low maturity organizations in order to bring an organization up to the common plateau represented by the CMM Level 2 Process Areas.
